Speech & Language Developmental Norms
Speech & Language Developmental Norms
At SMALL TALK we are also here to educate and help you understand the process of development when it comes to speech and hearing. We have provided you a list of general speech and language developmental milestones.
It is important to keep in mind that all children develop differently, and at their own pace. Your child should achieve milestones within a two to four month range around the milestone skills listed. Failure to do so may be indicative of a delay or disorder and you may wish to arrange an evaluation to rule out or determine the need for therapy.
